CONTRIBUTOR BIO Marjorie Snipes is a cultural anthropologist who teaches at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. She has spent her past two sabbatical periods living in and around the Seeley Lake area in wintertime and considers herself part-Westerner and part-Southerner. Her book, Montana Winter Days (Vabella, 2014), is a chronological reflection of wintertime in western Montana. |
