CONTRIBUTOR BIO Lorilee Evans-Lynn moved to Missoula in 1980 to study poetry with Richard Hugo at the University of Montana. When she finished her MFA, she pursued her high school certification and has spent the last 26 years in the classroom as an English teacher. She teaches American Studies and creative writing, and serves as faculty advisor of Aerie Big Sky and Aerie International, two literary arts magazines produced by students at Big Sky High School in Missoula. Evans-Lynn is also a long-time board member of Signatures From the Big Sky, Montana's only k-12 literary magazine. In 2005 her poem "Answering Pablo Neruda" was published in the Mid-American Review of Bowling Green State University. |
